These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WildDeals website located at wilddeals.ca, the WildDeals mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). WildDeals is a deals aggregator platform that curates and displays outdoor gear deals from various third-party retailers and online marketplaces. The Service collects, organizes, and presents information about discounted products in categories including but not limited to camping equipment, hiking gear, fishing supplies, hunting equipment, outdoor clothing, and related accessories.
The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. WildDeals does not sell products directly. When you click on a deal listed on our platform, you will be redirected to the third-party retailer's website where you may complete your purchase subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions.
We strive to keep deal information accurate and up to date; however, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any deal, price, or product information displayed on the Service. Prices, availability, and deal terms are determined by the respective third-party retailers and are subject to change at any time without notice.
WildDeals earns revenue through affiliate marketing relationships. When you click on product links, deals, or advertisements on our Service and subsequently make a purchase from a third-party retailer, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

WildDeals does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service. WildDeals will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and any third-party provider of products or services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service that are not subject to the arbitration provision in Section 14 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
The Service is operated from Canada. If you access the Service from outside of Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Any deals, pricing, or product information displayed on the Service may be denominated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated, and product availability may vary by region.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute"), you and WildDeals agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good faith negotiation. You agree to contact us at support@wilddeals.ca with a written description of the Dispute, including all relevant details and your proposed resolution. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
If the Dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) or a comparable arbitration body in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, unless the parties mutually agree to an alternative location or virtual proceedings.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You agree that any Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
WildDeals reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as sending an email notification to the address associated with your account or displaying a prominent notice within the Service.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
